DURHAM – With several days of work behind them, the USA Basketball Women’s National Team continues to prepare for the 2022 FIBA ​​World Cup scheduled for later this month.

Duke Women’s Basketball Head Coach Kara Lawson was previously announced as an assistant coach of the US Women’s National Team.

The last three days of the training camp will be highlighted by the 2022 US Basketball Showcase Presented by Coinbase, with the USA Basketball Team Red-White Game. The game is scheduled for Friday, September 9 at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT at Cox Pavilion on the UNLV campus and live on NBATV. Lawson will coach one of the teams during the intrasquad scrimmage.
